1. Services

United Suppliers Group Limited (“USG”, “we”, “us”) provides international business consulting services including company formation, corporate banking assistance, and compliance advisory in Hong Kong, China, and Singapore. USG is not a licensed financial institution or regulated corporate service provider (TCSP). USG coordinates your engagement end to end and is your single point of contact. Where a service requires a licence, it is performed by a licensed provider, and USG remains responsible to you for that work.

2. No Funds Handling

USG does not handle, hold, or transfer client funds. All payments for government fees or third-party services are made directly by clients to the relevant authorities or institutions.

3. Compliance & AML

USG does not assist with sanctions evasion, money laundering, or any illegal financial activities. All clients undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) screening and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessment prior to engagement. We voluntarily align our compliance framework with FATF Recommendations, Hong Kong AMLO (Cap. 615), and international AML/CFT standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

USG’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for decisions made by banks, government registries, payment processors, or other third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, and design elements we have created for this website belong to United Suppliers Group Limited.

You may quote this content. Short extracts of content we own may be reproduced for reference, commentary, research, or reporting, including by anyone operating a search engine, an AI assistant, a web crawler, or a similar automated service. Fetching, indexing, and temporarily storing pages in order to provide search results or answer questions is permitted on the same terms. We ask that extracts be attributed to USG and, where the format allows, linked to the page they came from.
